What you’ll be doing
As the Business Consultant, Project Delivery, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategy & Delivery and will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across Deposits & Payments. This is a fast paced and exciting role with responsibilities that include: Overall end-to-end campaign lifecycle management in accordance with standard project management methodologies. Leading the project team status meetings to ensure ongoing monitoring of deliverables, dependencies, identification, and timely resolution of issues and decisions. You will be hands on in creating documentation, workback plans, leading requirement gathering sessions, execution, and validation activities to ensure campaigns are launched successfully.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1- 3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Project Delivery – Applying project management principles to ensure consistency, quality, and structure to the delivery of campaigns and offers, leveraging the Campaign Playbook as a key resource. Making recommendations throughout the life cycle related to changes to scope, budget, and schedule.

Relationship Management – Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand the end goal, how they contribute to it, what challenges they foresee and support they need to ensure success.

Impact and Influence – Emphasis on active listing to drive conversations, get alignment and resolution. Communicating information in a succinct and meaningful way.

Business Analysis and Quality Assurance – With a focus on detail and input from the business and partners, create requirements documents, test plans and post implementation validation and monitoring.

You have a degree/diploma. In Business, Commerce, Project Management, and/or related field. PMP certification is an asset.
