We’re seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist to help grow our brand and expand our market reach!
As our Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand expansion and sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with local businesses, offices, and event organizers to promote group orders, catering services, and co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and boost revenue, focusing on downtown corporate and event markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and gathering feedback to improve services.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional initiatives that highlight our lunchbox offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with Vancouver’s downtown market and business landscape is an asset.
- A passion for driving revenue growth and creativity in developing innovative collaboration opportunities.
