Junior Demand Generation Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid-Remote)

As a Junior Demand Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding our digital presence, driving marketing campaigns, and creating content that inspires global connections. Your work will have an immediate impact, helping us grow and reach more students worldwide.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Demand Generation Specialist, you will be a key contributor in developing and executing strategies to generate leads and drive interest in Global Town’s offerings. You’ll also take an important role in our digital strategy, helping to build and grow our brand across various online platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies: in collaboration with management,built multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey, including email marketing, retargeting, and content marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, and Mailerlite, to automate and optimize lead flow and track campaign performance.
- Social Media Management: create content and execute postings.
- Analytics and Reporting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects.
- A start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
- Current Student or Recent Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (A bachelor’s degree is an asset)
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or using digital tools (e.g., analytics platforms, content management systems, or design software).
- Technical skills: Experience with marketing operations and CRM tools like HubSpot, Mailerlite, and Zoom webinars.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is an asset.
- Recommendation letter from a former employer or teacher.
- Valid permit to work part-time in Canada.

- The salary range for this part-time role is $1,392 - $1,600 which is dependent on level of experience and language skills.
