Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through communication and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our smart home solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Do your research on the product.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology (Crestron & Lutron).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in outside sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Knowledge of market trends related to technology sales is beneficial.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.25-$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
