About Us: Our story began in Vancouver’s entertainment district, where we gained a reputation for delicious, wallet-friendly food and drinks that don’t disappoint, and staff who always bring the party. So, we decided to expand and took our Friday Night Every Night mission to the next level by opening local hangouts across Canada and the US. We’re now a collection of 20 food forward dive bars and we’re still going strong.
Whether you are interested in a quick lunch, pregame drink, or a night on the town with friends, we’ve got you covered. Our menu ranges from mouth-watering burgers to signature soft tacos and healthy salads. Truth be told, we’ve got something for everyone. And we pride ourselves on making everyone feel welcome and part of our community.
About You:
- You are an experienced Chef who can handle high volume
- You are a Chef who can work under the high pressure situations based of the high volume of request
- You're easy to get along with
- You can keep momentum going on the line
- You have experience with leading a team
- You can keep moral high during a rush
- You have trained, mentored, and supervised staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Supervise line cooks, and other kitchen workers
- Minimum 2 years line cook experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional dining experiences.
