The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the support and service of the marketing and communications team, where you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects for our internal clients, both lawyers and business professionals. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized and enthusiastic, with a strong desire for learning. This is a detail-oriented position with an emphasis on project coordination and delivery, high-level client service, and strong understanding of systems and workflow processes.
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workflow of marketing requests from start to finish
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate project timelines, requirements, and updates to stakeholders and team members
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status and resolve any issues that arise
- Utilize project management software (Monday.com) to ensure all project details are accurate and current
- Foster a good working relationship with internal clients
- Manage departmental invoices and budget tracking
- Manage printing and delivery of marketing merchandise and collateral
- Support ad-hoc requests and projects as required
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
University or college diploma (preferably in marketing or communications), plus a minimum of two to three years’ experience as a Traffic Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a professional services or B2B company preferably. Print production experience would be considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with project management software is a bonus.
- You are detail-oriented with strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism to interact with legal professionals and clients
- You have a “can do” attitude and work well under pressure and with completing deadlines
- Bilingual (English/French) is not required, but will be considered an asset

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
