STEM Canada is seeking an International Group Sales Team Representativeto assist with our new Global Medical Science program.
Position: International Membership Group Sales Team Rep
Type: Commission Only - Commission structure to be discussed with successful candidates.
Start Date: Immediate - Within 1 week
End Date: May 31, 2025
Commission: Earn lucrative commission on membership amounts. Easily earn $1,000 + weekly.
Location: Remote
Description: We are looking for a skilled Sales/Membership Representative to join our sales team. This role will focus on generating and managing all types of membership sales, including individual and group memberships. You will use your sales expertise to drive membership growth across various segments and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales for all types of memberships, specifically group sales, month to month, quarterly, annual.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with potential members to drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve membership sales goals.
- Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in membership sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple sales channels and client interactions.
- Self-driven and motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in membership sales is a plus but not required.
