Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish/Portuguese(required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required).
- Prefer Originally from Brazil, Columbia or other South America Countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and markets.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
- Help coordinate sales meetings, events, and follow-up communications.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in technology sales or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and account management practices.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
