Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a timely manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Assist customers with product demos and provide detailed information about technology sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to enhance customer understanding.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
