Position Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers and optimizing the customer service experience.
Essential Duties And Tasks
Contact new and existing accounts and provide support by understanding the customer’s business, anticipating their future needs and becoming their primary supplier
Ensure CRM records are up to date and kept current.
Participate in all required training.
Plan travel and maintain accurate records, including expense reimbursement and other documentation, as needed.
Analyze territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the Company.
Make outbound visits, handle prospect calls and attend trade shows.
Achieve sales quotas and meet deadlines.
Maintain vast product knowledge to emphasize product features and benefits, negotiate prices, discuss terms and prepare sales agreements and/or reports.

Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or an applicable combination of education and experience.
Minimum Of (2) Years’ Traveling Sales Experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
Qualifications
Strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Shooting/hunting Outdoor Experience Preferred.
High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Military background a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to lift, carry and transport heavy sample cases and trade show materials.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Hubspot Experience Is Not Required But a Bonus.
Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery and motor vehicles. The employee must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. Must be willing to travel up to (50-75%).

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
The role primarily aligns with standard business hours; however, flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules based on business demands. This may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as hours outside of typical departmental operations.
