We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The Sales Assistant will assist in various sales activities, including account management, business development, and market analysis, contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
- Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and negotiate contracts.
- Provide administrative support by organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and preparing reports.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and technical sales skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales support or assistant role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Experience in business development or account management is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have skill that will benefit client interactions.
- A background in technical sales or outside sales is advantageous but not required.
