Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team and help elevate our brand across various digital platforms. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing social media strategies, producing engaging content, and creating high-quality visuals and videos that capture our brand's essence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to the overall growth of our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Support
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Content Creation
- Develop and design visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and text, to support social media campaigns.
- Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for use across social media channels.
Video Production
- Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative techniques to enhance video content.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather accurate product and service information for content creation.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on social media trends, key metrics, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography and photography is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable with the ability to approach challenges from multiple creative perspectives.
