What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop customer account plans, maintain relationships, and maximize business growth
- Deploy sales strategies, educate customers on service offers, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Present service value propositions through digital platforms and webinars
- Lead sales cadence meetings with service partners to develop strategies and exceed sales quotas
- Analyze and qualify opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and document customer history
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical/electronic engineering
- Beginner to 4 years of experience in virtual or outside sales
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with employer products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and build customer relationships
