VSA Art and Design Studio has provided art lessons for children, teens and adults for over 15 years. Our team is committed to improving visual art education and raising youth interest in the arts. In a warm and welcoming setting, students will learn fundamental drawing skills and discover the joy of creating!
Your role will be to teach fundamental drawing skills to elementary to high school aged students. We are looking for someone to teach starting from the upcoming September term. Classes are from 3:30-8:00 on weekdays, and 10am to 6pm on Saturday. Please include some examples of your work or portfolio if possible in your application.
Our ideal candidate is able to teach:
1. Sketching
2. Painting
3. Manga (Hand-drawn or digital/using Procreate)
Art TA Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the instructor with teaching art to students
- Provide general class preparation assistance to the Instructor
- Organizing and cleaning the classroom
- Perform other duties as required by the instructor
- Ability to speak mandarin a strong asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
