Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design & Sales Customer Service Representative at Buy Rite Business Furnishings in Vancouver, BC. The role involves assisting clients with designing their workspaces, providing sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in interior design or sales is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial furnishings and design concepts
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
