Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients who align with our software development expertise.
- Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations to uncover client challenges and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with our technical team to craft tailored proposals that address client-specific needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with professionalism, ensuring successful agreements that benefit all parties.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales progress within our CRM system.
- Market Insights: Share valuable client and market feedback to guide our service enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.

Compensation and Benefits
- Commission-Based Earnings: Competitive commission rates of 10%–20% on closed deals, directly tied to the project value. For example, closing a project at a 15% commission rate means earning 15% of the total project value.
