iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Communication Specialist in our Sanofi Canada Communications team, you’ll support transversally the team in their internal/external communication activities, across the 3 business units, Manufacturing & Supply and corporate communication, including our legacy, our efforts regarding Inclusion and Diversity, and our Corporate Social Responsibility. You will not only contribute to Comms team key projects and activities – including media events, internal townhalls, but also manage internal events fostering employee engagement (lunch & learn, Sanofi Spotlight…) and participate in other activities.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead internal editorial strategy, ensuring internal engagement on communication priorities through relevant internal channels.
- High-quality posting and monitoring on internal and external owned channels.
- Content development for multiple communication vehicles (including web sites, Viva Engage, internal TV screens…).
- Translate content from English into French, including proofread and publication.
- Own, evolve, manage and monitor sanofi.ca website – and associated websites.
- Monitor and filter external public requests – complying with pharmacovigilance regulations.
About you
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in translation, communications or digital media.
Soft and technical skills:
- Ability to adapt writing style and vocabulary, as required, to serve a French & Canadian audience.
- Basic knowledge graphic/visual design (e.g. PowerPoint slide creation).
- Practical knowledge of digital platforms and social media.
- A high level of initiative and the ability to balance multiple assignments at once.
- A collaborative, open-minded and flexible personality.
Education:
- Degree or studies in Communication, Social Media, Translation (EN/FR) will be an asset.
Languages:
- Highly proficient written communication skills in French; ability to correct French texts; strong oral and working knowledge written skills in English.
