We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist who will follow through with the entire print production process and act as a primary contact for our valued clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with clients in managing print projects from start to finish, being an effective communicator throughout
- Consult with production team to complete work back schedules and follow up to ensure all details and paperwork are accurate for invoicing
- Review all instructions, letter copy, print proofs and coordinate data file transfers
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and checkpoints to ensure work is completed according to customer specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years working experience in a commercial print environment is a must
- Post-secondary education in Print is an asset
- Experience working in a project manager/customer service role
- Serving as the primary interface between our customers, the sales organization and our production teams
- Ability to multitask and manage projects and priorities simultaneously
- A champion of "process" and problem-solving, clear and direct oral and written communication, proven negotiator with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of making sense of the abstract and to raise the bar to set new standards
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while cooperating with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Well-developed analytical competencies with strong initiative, sound judgment, and decisiveness
