Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to generate high-quality leads for our services.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to establish connections and build rapport.
- Schedule meetings with prospects, deliver persuasive presentations, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and ensure consistent communication to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO to drive traffic and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create engaging content, including videos, posts, and email marketing campaigns, to drive traffic and interest.
- Manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media channels professionally and promptly.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in financial services or investment-related fields is a plus.

Pay: $60,926.00-$65,240.00 per year
