Are you an analytical thinker who loves to strategize and nerd out on data to get results? We’re looking for a Paid Performance Marketing Specialist who can build out and drive our paid marketing campaigns alongside a really great team.
What you'll do:
- Develop channel forecasts and manage monthly budgets across all marketing channels including paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencers, referrals, SEO, Display, App Install Campaigns
- Responsible to build, execute, manage and optimize all paid campaigns across all channels for new and existing products focused on hitting specific KPI’s and growth goals
- Work collaboratively with the Design, Creative and Social teams to develop and execute on an experimentation roadmap that includes testing new channels, new technology, creative, A/B testing, landing pages, all focused on driving accelerated growth
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining key metrics related to growth, new member acquisition, CAC and LTV ensuring that marketing spend is focused on driving the highest ROI.
- Manage and optimize website performance, including the creation and testing of landing pages, to improve conversion rates and support paid campaign objectives. Ensure seamless integration between paid channels and the customer journey, leveraging data to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the BI team to develop and refine attribution models, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance.
- Set up and manage web and app tracking, ensuring accurate data collection across all marketing touchpoints using tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Branch, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Regularly track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive optimizations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements
What you'll need:
- 5+ years experience managing organic and paid performance marketing campaigns with budgets exceeding $500k+ a month
- Proven track record on launching new campaigns and channels with continued testing and optimizing towards hitting specific KPI’s
- A deep passion for paid marketing, including continued learning and understanding of best practices, new tools and emerging technologies/trends
- Data analysis to drive optimization. Has to be someone who understands how and where to get the data and determine what it means. Use the data to make decisions and execute quickly
- Experience/proficient with Microsoft and Google suite (excel/google sheets), SQL would be a plus
- Experience with web and app tracking/attribution
- A critical thinker, someone who will challenge the way things are done and isn’t afraid to run scrappy quick tests focused on continued optimization
- An strong interest in fintech/financial services, someone who is passionate about seeing what others in the industry are doing, what is working, what isn’t and applying that knowledge to our own testing/experimentation plans.
The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $80,000.
