$50,000 - $75,000 (Dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent service to internal and external clients – providing responsive, positive support for any marketing requests and connecting with appropriate team members for responses as needed.
- Assistance with the RFP process as required through coordination and production of proposals including:
- careful coordination and follow-up regarding general information related to pursuits
- development of templates, typing, and formatting of proposals and related marketing materials
- overall layout and organization of RJC submission documents in MS Word and/or Adobe Creative suite (including InDesign)
- coordinating and integrating written content from various team members
- creation of drafts and implementing subsequent revisions/updates
- Assisting with pursuit tracking (in Monday.com), project database updates, and CRM maintenance.
- Assisting with writing, development and coordination of marketing materials.
- Preparing desktop publishing works including written content, images and layouts for proposals, presentations, brochures and other marketing materials.
- Assisting with business development initiatives and client events.
Professional Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with consulting engineering and the architectural industry would be an asset.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) would be a definite asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness, adept at handling changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal supervision, and the flexibility to adapt and respond to unexpected challenges.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel (internal and external) and build strong working relationships.
