Administrative Assistant

Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an administrator to join a leading construction company with operations across Canada and the U.S. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday, 6-month contract position is based in Richmond, BC, and requires immediate availability.

Your New Role:

You will manage a variety of administrative and accounting support tasks. , helping ensure smooth workflow and accurate financial records. This will include:

Answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Support with organizing and coordinating meetings.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
Prepare and process expense reports.
Support payroll processing and verifying timesheets.
Additional support to accounting team to ensure adherence to internal policies.

What you will need to Succeed:

Previous administrative and accounting support experience (usually obtained through 2+ years of experience)
Previous construction industry experience is a strong asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and balance multiple tasks efficiently
