Responsibilities
- Arrange routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, car, hotel, limousine, and rail through phone and email
- Adhere to tiered travel policies
- Maintain an exceptional and consistent relationship with our clients
- Assist with researching and resolving client enquiries in a timely manner
- Support group travel reservations
- Update traveler profile information with our online support team
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Other tasks as requested
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel working multiple accounts
- Ability to learn to ticket in ARC and BSP
- Strong knowledge of commission contracts and ticketing formats
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
- GDS experience in Native Sabre
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients and establish positive relationships
- Experience in a matrix based and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail, being highly organized and showing the ability to multi-task
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint
