Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
