Specific Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register and sign in visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage issuance of uniforms to new hires, ensuring proper sizing and documentation
- Partner with Accounting team to ensure accurate records for the uniform inventory.
- Collect and document the return of uniforms from the employees that are no longer with the company.
- Prepare ID cards for the new hires.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Address and resolve inquiries and issues from clients, visitors and employees.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Receiving correspondences and drafting, checking and sorting emails
- Updating office files or records
- Answering and addressing complaints or questions
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – What you will bring?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Technical knowledge of various software applications.
- Must be self-starting and results oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build teamwork and strong business relationships.
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in clear, positive manner with clients and staff
- Customer Service experience an asset
