Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to our English and Spanish clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products and services
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or leads
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Conduct sales over the phone and meet sales targets
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries or complaints
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Data entry skills with high accuracy
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is desirable
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
