Job Overview:
The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, answer client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and update client appointments using the clinic's scheduling software.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries about services, pricing, promotions, and policies, providing accurate information.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve client complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, collect feedback, or provide additional information.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client interactions and transaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
