We are a growing CPA firm with 2 offices located in Richmond. We offer professional services to private enterprises in accounting, assurance, tax and advisory. We are seeking a full-time front desk/administrative assistant to join our team. Working with administrative coordinator, you are responsible for providing outstanding services both in-person and over the phone to our clients.
Your responsibilities:
· Answer and re-direct incoming phone calls
· Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
· Greet clients and visitors
· Communicate with government agencies
· Manage appointments and coordinate meetings
· Organize clients’ documents and records
· Manage filing system
· Provide assistance in administrative duties
· Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping
Our requirements:
· Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Possess strong organizational and administrative skills
· Can multi-engagements and able to prioritize tasks
· Can work independently and meet deadlines
· Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office
· Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
