Who Are You?
You are a coachable, sharp and organized individual! Confident, self-motivated, and an excellent problem solver. Comfortable working in an environment that can be of high-pressure, and driven to out-deliver and provide first-class client service. You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Real Estate agent.
This is the perfect position for an agent who has been on their own or in another team environment, is early in their real estate career, and is now ready to collaborate in a high performance team environment to receive mentorship, support, gain additional experience, exposure to New Development, and have fun along the way!
The Ideal Candidate
- Ability to assist clients in buying + selling, including property tours, reviewing contracts + more
- Have an understanding of conducting CMA’s + determining property values
- Maintain relationships + client service: follow-up, follow-back, and follow-thru with all leads and clients
- Stay informed with local real estate market trends + industry regulations
- Adaptable with our current team/brokerage systems + operations
- Live and have a network in Burnaby or Vancouver

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position that is based on sales you generate.
Working Hours
Full-time, including weekends + evenings
Must be available for open houses + private showings
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License in BC
2 to 4 years’ experience as an active Real Estate Agent
Driver’s License + Vehicle
Live in Burnaby or Vancouver, preferred
Second language is a bonus, but not required
