Job Summary
We are seeking international logistics Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of import and export from Canada . The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in business development, focusing on inside sales and telemarketing efforts to expand our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing, emails, and face-to-face meetings to promote our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Demonstrated ability in business development and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
