Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and promotions through email, chat, and phone.
- Order Assistance: Guide customers through the online ordering process, including account setup, order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer concerns.
- Technical Support: Help customers troubleshoot issues with the online platform, including navigating the website and accessing account features.
- Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, order details, and resolutions in the system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on their shopping experience to improve services and identify potential areas for enhancement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as inventory, shipping, and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Required Work Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, online shopping support, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is an asset.
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is beneficial.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, online chat platforms, and email management systems.

- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (mandatory).
- A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Training in customer service, e-commerce, or relevant software tools (an asset).
