We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and usage will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers. Driving license preferred.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and usage of different cannabis items.
- Upsell additional products based on customer interests and needs to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations related to cannabis sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cashiering skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cannabis culture and commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
