Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing research, analytics, or consulting.
- 3 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience presenting in front of executives and large audiences, and with preparing client-ready presentations in tight time frames.
- Experience working cross-functionally to influence priorities.
- Experience with hypothesis-driven thinking to shape compelling client presentations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
- Ability to work with data to derive and articulate insights into stories that resonate at scale.
- Excellent communication, project management, investigative, organizational and story-telling skills.

As a Strategic Insights Lead (SIL), you will serve as a strategic thought partner to sales teams through data-driven storytelling and actionable insights for positive client growth and relationship outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop scalable, client-centered stories built with insights to position Google as a strategic thought leader. You will also oversee the development of custom research in order to uncover novel and actionable ideas that optimally position Google’s product offerings and drive business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable vertical narratives (e.g., Consumer Package Goods (CPG) vertical that enables success for the team in priority areas.
- Advocate storytelling principles and high-quality visualization, enabling the vertical to elevate their customer conversations.
- Embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the work to surface insights with speed and scale.
- Collaborate closely with SILs, account teams and heads of industry to shape an insights calendar, prioritize client opportunities and deliver strategic goals.
- Lead consumer-focused primary research programs to unlock new growth opportunities.
