Proposal Analyst to join the Proposal and Consultant Database Team. What You Will Do
In this role, you will be challenged to deliver high quality proposals in a timely manner for the institutional and private client sales teams. You will learn about a broad range of public and private investment strategies and coordinate with subject matter experts in portfolio management and investment operations. Time management, project management and attention to detail are required to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
- Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
- Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
- Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.
What You Bring
- Investment Knowledge: You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
- Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
- Collaborative Communication: You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
- Team Player: You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
- Positive Attitude: You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
- Computer Skills: You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
