Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders/Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
- Comply with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced food and beverage environment and will be a strong team player. Great personality and loves to interact with people. We are looking for bartenders, servers who work hard and consistently display positive attitude and aptitude. This position is permanent part time, would be perfect for students or just working and want to supplement your income.
