We are seeking a highly-skilled Receptionist who can bring their administrative experience, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and sales skills to our team. Your role will involve providing secretarial support and utilizing your sales experience in a service-oriented environment. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
As a receptionist, you will report to the Clinic Manager and be responsible for various clerical and secretarial tasks. Your duties will include:
- Providing desk reception; answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and processing the payments.
- Providing information about the company and its services and ensuring that clients’ inquiries are responded to quickly and thoroughly.
- Providing a welcoming atmosphere to all clients and visitors that enter the facility by greeting them promptly and courteously.
- Performing basic office duties such as filing, organizing supplies, faxing documents, etc.
- Supporting marketing efforts by creating materials for events, managing social media, and assisting with email marketing campaigns.
- Helping to plan events for the office and for clients.
- Providing assistance to other departments and personnel as needed.
- Assisting in the preparation of clients’ charts and documentation.
- Providing support to clinical staff as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and stocking of treatment rooms.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies as necessary.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in reception and administration.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear instructions both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Jane, Mailchimp, and/or quick to pick up use of software.
- Proficient in social media applications
- Intention to stay with this clinic long-term.
- Having an understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Vancouver, BC V7M 1H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
