Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Busy Bee Gold in Vancouver, BC. The Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing customers orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and inquiries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
