Marketing Specialist – Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and agency partners to implement cutting edge cookieless solutions to improve customer’s digital experiences and digital marketing efforts
- Partner with web ops teams to implement digital consent management solutions and oversee day to day management of the consent management platform.
- Support internal tracking overhaul and infrastructure build
- Manage implementation of new paid media capabilities and platforms
- Support channels teams and agencies with Campaign ID generation platform (Claravine), campaign URL management, and implementation of tagging/tracking strategies
- Be the SME on digital marketing technology evolution and stay on top of best-in-class practices and learnings
- Influence platform adoption amongst internal stakeholders and team members
Marketing Specialist – Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in Digital Media, Web ops, Marketing Technology, or related field
- Experienced with Ad Tech implementation, technical aspects of digital media platforms and go to market strategies
- Good familiarity with digital privacy regulations and privacy management platforms
- Good familiarity with Campaign ID management platforms such as Claravine
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Creative thinker and solution oriented
