Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include:
- Team calendar management and vacation coordination
- Maintaining a contact database and CRM
- Updating Linked In, corporate website and other social media or digital platforms
- Compliance in CE and mandatory requirements for team
- Coordination of IT updates / computer software
- Design and create client and marketing PowerPoints
- Download carrier product updates and relevant industry published articles
- Maintain client touch points on milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Assist COO on special operational projects and events planning
Qualifications
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously. We generally work remote expect for team meetings once a week.
- An ability to join our weekly team meetings (currently downtown Toronto) on a weekly basis.
- Superb organizational skills to prioritize and manage competing priorities, leveraging sound attention to detail
- Effective communication & presentation skills; ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of design programs such as Canva, Adobe etc.
- Ability to work with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
