THE OPPORTUNITY: As the Portfolio Administrator - Settlements, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our clients' success and your personal career growth. In this role, you will oversee the accurate and timely settlement of all portfolio trades, generate performance reports, and play a key role in risk and compliance monitoring. Additionally, you will have the chance to support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

SUCCESS CRITERIA & DELIVERABLES:
- Develop a solid understanding of the business and finance function within the first 3 months
- Build relationships with key financial stakeholders
- Develop a strategy to effectively manage stakeholders
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Experience in the financial services industry - preferably wealth management or trading desks
- 1-3 years of experience in financial portfolio administration
- Experience with trade settlement and reconciliation
- Experience with portfolio performance reporting and data management
- Familiarity with powerBI and stakeholder relationship management
