This position can be based in Quebec or Ontario.
Reporting to the Senior Director, the incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage a portfolio of & introduce new Private Brand products. He (she) will act as an account specialist and will be the internal link between operations, internal and external contacts as well as support the Senior Director in his role.

Key activities
Private Brand
- Develop and optimize product portfolio of customers.
- Follow projects from concept feasibility within the internal parameters through price negotiations to product launch.
- Conduct price negotiations (forecast increases/decreases, profitability, impact on sales volume).
- Optimize internal efficiency in line with our customer products.
- Follow product launch evolution and ensure they are successful by working closely with the sales team.
- Support all commercial Brand and/or Private Brand activity within the Business Development Team.
- Maintain an active tracker on existing portfolio items to ensure success through forecasting & sales volume targets, as well as new projects from inception to launch, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
Inter-Division Projects
- Be the key Canadian contact for all inter-division projects that require support from our Canadian facilities.
- Collaborate to evaluate project feasibility.
- Track projects from inception to launch, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
Required Training And Experience
- Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant/equivalent experience.
- English speaking, French (an asset).
- Office suite knowledge: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BPCS.
- Experience in CPG or Canadian retail.
- Experience in the food industry (an asset).
