As a Program Analyst, you will support key initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, project planning, market research, and supporting program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design & Development: Conduct research and provide analysis to support program design and stakeholder needs.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to uncover market trends and program performance.
- Project Management: Oversee research projects, manage third-party vendor relationships, and assist with tracking EC Research Tracker.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build internal and external relationships to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
- Support Special Projects: Assist with the development and improvement of processes and contribute to strategic customer insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Post-secondary degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in secondary research, data analysis, project management, or strategic planning.
- Skills: Strong project management, data analysis, and creative data visualization/reporting abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in energy efficiency and energy industry-related research.
- Training: Market research training at the post-secondary level.
