Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking an office assistant to join our client's team Immediately within the financial sector. This will be a 2-month contract in downtown Vancouver. This role is fully in office with part-time hours.

- PART-TIME, Mon-Fri, 6:00am – 10:00am (4 hrs a day)
The Role:
- Greet all visitors and team with professionalism and in a service-oriented manner
- Stock office supplies such as food, coffee, and stationary
- Set up board rooms for internal and external meetings
- Take initiative in keeping the office tidy and professional
- Support with office events when needed
- Ad-hoc basic office duties as required
What you'll need to succeed:
- 1+ more years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate office environment.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation.
- Interact with employees and visitors with poise and professionalism.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- ***Due to the immediate need for this role, you will be immediately available to work part-time hours for 2 months. ***
