We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and sales acumen to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical sales support for complex products
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and sales tasks
Experience
- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Familiarity with technical sales processes
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell products or services
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service roles demonstrating excellent customer interaction
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.46-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
