Job Description
The Training and Implementation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation and technology absorption of Viv Technologies’ proprietary software with external customers. As a Training and Implementation Coordinator, you will contribute to the successful management of partner relationships, identify partners’ needs and requirements, ensure their satisfaction, and communicate their feedback with Viv’s cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the customer training & implementation timeline ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
- Manage the customer relationship, satisfaction, and expectations throughout the implementation.
- Participate in discovery discussions to determine specific operational and process needs.
- Support the product training of end users via self-directed, and virtual group and one-on-one training sessions. Demonstrate platform usage and best practices, present case studies and simulations, and provide general presentations.
- Test the fully configured application to ensure the solution meets customer expectations.
- Contribute to the production of customer-specific materials including video tutorials, training resources, and training slides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer product feedback.
- Track and internally communicate partner requests.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of relevant training and implementation experience.
- Previous software implementation experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or home care is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ambition, eagerness to learn with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Experience communicating and interacting successfully with partners, building partner relationships and presenting information.
- Ability to spark inspiration and excitement about our products with our partners.
- Exhibit professionalism, tact, and poise under pressure.
- Flexible working in agile methodologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting is an asset.
