Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator at Power Source Instruments Inc. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, order processing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and High-level Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication and Customer satisfaction abilities
- Experience in Order Processing/business operations
- Ability to multitask and continually follow up on tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of high voltage and meter test equipment is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Reaching out to customer base and updating CRM
- French speaking an asset
- Electrical / Technician education a plus
