```Duties:```
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospice care setting
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in senior care, nursing home, or hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with dementia care is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and compassion
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
This position requires the ability to provide physical assistance to patients, including heavy lifting. It also involves medication administration under the direction of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in senior care settings and possess the necessary skills to provide compassionate support to individuals in need.
