Overview
We are seeking a Sales and Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will leverage your skills in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and analyze client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in account management and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understanding and handling client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Delivering marketing and promotional materials to clients.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing sales proposals and customer claims.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Research, and understand your competitors and identify new product ideas.
- Sales prospecting for leads, and new business development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to market new products and services, ensuring clients are informed of relevant offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services or automotive industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales and particularly outside sales is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and a vehicle.
- Willing to drive 80% of the time for face-to-face client relations.
- Enjoys independence and ability and desire to work autonomously.
- Home office is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business is preferred but not required.
- Understanding that this opportunity is part-time but can lead to full-time based on the success of new business development.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
