Position Status: Temporary Full-Time (12 months)

Description of the Position:
In an exciting new role at SickKids Foundation, The Associate, Brand Marketing will provide the highest level of support to the Brand Marketing team, with a specific focus on being the key liaison for projects led by the Corporate and Community Partnerships team, as well as supporting the team on delivering Integrated Campaign projects. The Associate will also work cross functionally with various fundraising teams to ensure the execution of project deliverables and work for all marketing materials. This position reports to the Associate Director, Brand Marketing.
You will:
- Collaborate and assist with the development and presentations of creative and project briefs
- Work collaboratively with members of the Corporate and Community Partnerships teams on strategic donor acquisition and stewardship projects, receiving briefs and working with our internal Creative Services team where necessary
- Support the Associate Director, Brand Marketing with campaigns for the Corporate and Community Partnerships teams, including but not limited to Workplace Giving and Go Fundraise
- Support the Brand Marketing team by delivering projects related to the Heal The Future fundraising campaign, including but not limited to case for support documents and one pagers, stewardship reports, and recognition adverts
- Collaborate and assist the Brand Marketing team on the end-to-end acquisition campaign management process, working on holistic campaign planning, creative development, production and reporting
- Provide day-to-day support and act as a service-oriented point of contact to ensure the effective execution and delivery of marketing and communications initiatives
- Deliver updates on status of tasks, and create supporting documentation
Required Skills
Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience within a marketing role, agency experience will be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects within tightly prescribed timelines
- Detail oriented, proactive in anticipating and responding to team's needs as well as the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- High energy and level of enthusiasm
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new computer software programs as required
- Must possess a client service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Relationship builder who can communication with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive, professional relationships
- Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work within a changing fast paced environment

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range:
$69,362.00- $81,602.00 with the ability to progress to a maximum of $97,923.00. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to Associate, Brand Marketing.
