Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
In the role of
Paid Social Specialist, you'll be a key addition to our team, focused on enhancing and innovating our paid social media presence for Klick and the broader media landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of direct hands-on experience with Paid Social media campaigns in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
- Education in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communication, or related fields
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet effectively communicate and collaborate with the team.
- Strong command of Excel, with intermediate proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind

- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks, and work well under pressure

Your mission will be:
- Developing and executing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X
- Tailoring campaigns for the US market, with potential exposure to pharma or healthcare clients
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail while delivering active collaboration within the media team, demonstrating initiative and organizational skills
- Mastering Paid Social Media execution and planning tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
- Efficiently managing multiple client campaigns and daily tasks, even under pressure
- Applying analytical thinking to drive campaign results and effectively solve problems
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by adapting to changes
- Manage ad campaign reporting and campaign invoicing
- Efficiently handle paid ad social campaign budget, while ensuring campaigns are pacing as they should
